Clean drop dissolves coffee wax and humus residues inside the funnel, so that the pipes are kept open and the water can flow freely through them. Cleaner is also suitable for cleaning thermoses, tea and serving machines. All funnels should be cleaned at least every 14 days and serving equipment daily. Remember to rinse well after use. - Instructions for use for funnels and capsule machines: Fill the tank with water, add 25ml Cleandrop and run the machine as usual. Clean twice with clean water, and the machine is ready for use. The blue color indicates that there is cleaner in the tank, and after two runs the water is clear. - Instructions for use for jug ​​or thermos: Fill the jug/thermos with hot water and add a splash of Clean Drop, preferably a little extra if the jug/thermos is particularly dirty. Leave it to work for 5-10 minutes without the lid on. Shake or use a brush inside the jug/thermos. Empty the mixture and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

The deadline for complaints regarding incorrect deliveries is 5 days after receipt. Filing cabinets must be checked carefully under the packaging and the deadline for complaints is 3 business days after receipt.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that they can be sold again. A request for a return must be made within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. All complaints/returns must be made via email to salg@inkry.no. Upon approval of the return, the return form will be sent, and the goods will be collected by a freight forwarder. Purchased goods are not accepted for return.
