Returns and Complaints
For private customers, the Norwegian Sales Act applies.
For Business customers
Return conditions:
- Return period: Returns are accepted within 14 days.
- Return shipping: Fixed price return shipping of NOK 100.00.
- Top-up fee: 20% top-up fee.
- Final sale: No final sale items can be returned.
Complaint conditions:
- Faulty deliveries: The complaint deadline for faulty deliveries is 5 days after receipt.
- File cabinets: Must be checked carefully under the packaging, and the deadline for complaints is 3 working days after receipt.
In case of redemption:
- Returns are at the buyer's expense and risk, with a deducted fee of 20% of the order value, minimum NOK. 100,-.
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in such a condition that they can be resold.
- Requests for returns must be made within 8 working days of receipt of the item.
- The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days.
- If the return is approved, return grounds will be sent, and the goods will be picked up by the forwarder.
- Note: Collected goods are not accepted for return.
