Environmental labels

We support eco-labelled products, and believe this is the way to a more environmentally conscious shopping pattern for our customers. Several of our suppliers deliver eco-labelled products. This means that a professional third-party organization validates that one or more of their products follow Norwegian, Nordic and European guidelines according to sustainability.

There are many different environmental labels that consider various environmental problems in the products' life cycle. It may be whether the products are compostable, recyclable and degradable. Or whether the producers have ethical working conditions and trading conditions. Some environmental brands focus on responsible forestry and work against deforestation and promote organic cultivation of raw materials.

Below you can read more about each individual environmental label.
