BD Emerald will replace the Plastipak Luer tip range in the same sizes. - Note that BD Emerald's improvements apply to reading accuracy, environmental factors in terms of production, residual waste and a syringe plunger that sits better in the syringe chamber - The size 3 ml is new and an addition as the old Plastipak 2 ml was 2.5 ml and was not available in 3 ml

• Complaint deadline for faulty deliveries: Please report any faulty deliveries within 5 days of receipt. File cabinets must be carefully checked under the packaging, with a complaint deadline of 3 working days after receipt.
• Return on repurchase: Return is at the buyer's expense and risk. A fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, with a minimum of NOK. 100,-. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in salable condition. Requests for returns must be made within 8 working days of receipt. Upon approval, you will receive a return form, a form that must accompany the goods when returned to Inkry.
