Artisan Betong is a quality stoneware tableware, as practical as it is beautiful. The series is designed with a focus on strength and durability, and is suitable for commercial kitchen use. The stoneware plate has a reactive glaze to give the product a handmade look, making each product completely unique. Stoneware is an object made of fired clay with a high content of kaolin. They have a grayish tone after firing instead of white, as pure kaolin becomes like porcelain. Firing takes place in kilns at the same temperatures as porcelain. Often a layer of colored glaze is applied on the outside, which usually has to be fired separately. The plate can withstand temperatures between -40C and 250C, and can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer. Avoid rapid temperature changes such as putting the plate straight from the freezer into the oven. Dishwasher safe, follow the machine manufacturer's guidelines for temperature, rinse aid and dosage to ensure a long life for the product. - Diameter: 210mm - Temperature range: -40C to +250C - Color: Gray

The deadline for complaints regarding incorrect deliveries is 5 days after receipt. Filing cabinets must be checked carefully under the packaging and the deadline for complaints is 3 business days after receipt.

In the event of a return, the return will be at the buyer's expense and risk, and a fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, minimum NOK 100. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that they can be sold again. A request for a return must be made within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. All complaints/returns must be made via email to salg@inkry.no. Upon approval of the return, the return form will be sent, and the goods will be collected by a freight forwarder. Purchased goods are not accepted for return.
