The Compact Fresh vacuum packer gives you a fantastic opportunity to reduce food waste. Store the food in a fridge or freezer, and cook in a water bath. Oxygen is the most important cause of food losing its nutritional value, consistency, taste and quality. Oxygen also causes freeze damage to food stored in the freezer. Conventional storage methods encapsulate the oxygen with the food. With a vacuum packer, food therefore lasts much longer - and tastes better. In addition, the wrapped food takes up less space. Compact Fresh is suitable for all types of storage in fridges and freezers, and can be used with or without a vacuum. Intuitive functions make it very easy to use, and it has a compact design that makes it easy to clean away. By using the vacuum packer with a Sous Vide machine, you can then cook the food in a water bath so that it is at the perfect temperature throughout. Compact Fresh vacuum packages up to one package per minute. The oxygen is removed, so that the taste is "sealed" and the food stays fresh longer. Freeze the food directly in practical portion bags of the same size and appearance. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in salable condition. Requests for returns must be made within 8 working days of receipt.
