The Faber-Castell Goldfaber 1221 graphite pencils are the perfect pencil for drawing, and are equally suitable for students and budding artists. The lead is made of finely ground graphite and clay, which gives a smooth texture and beautiful drawings. The innovative SV-glue process, which means that the lead is attached to the wood along the entire length of the pencil, makes the lead extra difficult to break. The deadline for complaints regarding incorrect deliveries is 5 days after receipt. Filing cabinets must be checked carefully under the packaging and the deadline for complaints is 3 business days after receipt.

In the event of a return, the return will be at the buyer's expense and risk, and a fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, minimum NOK 100. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that they can be sold again. A request for a return must be made within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. All complaints/returns must be made via email to salg@inkry.no. Upon approval of the return, the return form will be sent, and the goods will be collected by a freight forwarder. Purchased goods are not accepted for return.
