The Performance coffee maker brews the coffee at the most optimal water temperatures for the best coffee taste, throughout the entire process. Performance keeps between 92 and 96 degrees from the first to the last drop. Fresh water is one of the most important ingredients in good coffee. Thanks to Wilfa's unique water pump technology, the Performance Compact is completely emptied of water with each brew and you pour the next jug only with fresh water. The water container is removable. It makes it easy for you to top up with fresh water when making coffee, while the water will always be clean. There is a measuring indicator on the water tank, where it is marked how much water is needed in relation to grams of coffee. With the unique spreading head that spreads the water evenly over the coffee, all the flavors from your coffee will be fully utilized. The tractor is quiet. Double wall on the filter holder minimizes heat loss. It has an adjustable drip stop and flow control, so that you can brew equally good coffee every time, whether it is one or ten cups. The hot plate has Auto-off after 40 minutes.
