The base is made of robust and durable PVC, which prevents the wheels of the chair from damaging the carpet. The slanted edges allow the chair to be pushed evenly across the surface, and ensure that the base sits securely in place on carpeted floors. • Complaint deadline for faulty deliveries: Please report any faulty deliveries within 5 days of receipt. File cabinets must be carefully checked under the packaging, with a complaint deadline of 3 working days after receipt.
• Return on repurchase: Return is at the buyer's expense and risk. A fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, with a minimum of NOK. 100,-. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in salable condition. Requests for returns must be made within 8 working days of receipt.
