• Complaint deadline for faulty deliveries: Please report any faulty deliveries within 5 days of receipt. File cabinets must be carefully checked under the packaging, with a complaint deadline of 3 working days after receipt.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in salable condition. Requests for returns must be made within 8 working days of receipt. Upon approval, you will receive a return form, a form that must accompany the goods when returned to Inkry.
