It is important to clean the printer regularly, for the best possible print quality and for a longer lifespan of the printer. Evolis recommends cleaning with cards at the same time as changing the ribbon. The set fits all Evolis Primacy and Zenius card printers The set contains everything you need for complete cleaning: 5 cleaning cards for automatic cleaning, 2 cleaning sticks for the printer head, 5 wet cleaning wipes and 1 T-cleaner.

• Complaint deadline for faulty deliveries: Please report any faulty deliveries within 5 days of receipt. File cabinets must be carefully checked under the packaging, with a complaint deadline of 3 working days after receipt.
