The Hitecpoint V5/V7 is the only pen designed to withstand the pressure of an airplane, in other words: airplane safe. It is made of environmentally friendly plastic. The pen itself is slightly thicker, which makes it very easy to hold. The ink is liquid and has a pen body that shows the ink level. This is a pen that does not dry out when you forget the cap. Easy and economical to change refills. The pen is available in three different colours, as well as two thicknesses, 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm. The ink is lightfast/documentfast according to ISO standard 14145-2.

• Complaint deadline for faulty deliveries: Please report any faulty deliveries within 5 days of receipt. File cabinets must be carefully checked under the packaging, with a complaint deadline of 3 working days after receipt.
• Return on repurchase: Return is at the buyer's expense and risk. A fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, with a minimum of NOK. 100,-. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in salable condition. Requests for returns must be made within 8 working days of receipt.
