Econatural er linjen av produkter laget av Fiberpack, råstoffet hentes fra resirkulert cellulosefibre som finnes i drikkekartong. Fiberpack er et miljø- og teknisk gjennombrudd som er resultatet av et samarbeid mellom Lucart group og Tetra Pak. Produksjonsprosessen separerer cellulosefibre, polyetylen og aluminium gjennom en mekaniskprosess. Den foregår uten skadelige stoffer for mennesker og miljø. The deadline for complaints regarding incorrect deliveries is 5 days after receipt. Filing cabinets must be checked carefully under the packaging and the deadline for complaints is 3 business days after receipt.

In the event of a return, the return will be at the buyer's expense and risk, and a fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, minimum NOK 100. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that they can be sold again. A request for a return must be made within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. All complaints/returns must be made via email to salg@inkry.no. Upon approval of the return, the return form will be sent, and the goods will be collected by a freight forwarder. Purchased goods are not accepted for return.
