STAEDTLER Noris 122 is a premium pencil with extra-strong graphite lead that is ideal for drawing. This high-quality pencil has an ergonomic hexagonal shape that is comfortable to grip. STAEDTLER Noris 122 has a special lead that is glued to the wood and is therefore very durable. This gives the pencil an extra long life. The pencil is made of light and soft wood that is easy to sharpen. In addition, the wood comes from sustainably managed forests, making the pencil an environmentally conscious alternative. The deadline for complaints regarding incorrect deliveries is 5 days after receipt. Filing cabinets must be checked carefully under the packaging and the deadline for complaints is 3 business days after receipt.

In the event of a return, the return will be at the buyer's expense and risk, and a fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, minimum NOK 100. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that they can be sold again. A request for a return must be made within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. All complaints/returns must be made via email to salg@inkry.no. Upon approval of the return, the return form will be sent, and the goods will be collected by a freight forwarder. Purchased goods are not accepted for return.
