Electrodes for Mindray Beneheart C1A and C2. 5 years shelf life from date of manufacture. It is recommended to buy two electrode sets when you buy an AED or need new electrodes. It is a stressful situation and the chance of accidentally damaging something is present. The wire can break if someone pulls too hard or the glue can be damaged by not shaving the chest well enough. Then the AED is always ready for use, even after use. Electrodes are also vulnerable to cold - the glue can crystallize and they can lose their adhesion. This is one of the reasons why it is recommended to use a heating cabinet if the AED is hanging outside.

The deadline for complaints regarding incorrect deliveries is 5 days after receipt. Filing cabinets must be checked carefully under the packaging and the deadline for complaints is 3 business days after receipt.

In the event of a return, the return will be at the buyer's expense and risk, and a fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, minimum NOK 100. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that they can be sold again. A request for a return must be made within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. All complaints/returns must be made via email to salg@inkry.no. Upon approval of the return, the return form will be sent, and the goods will be collected by a freight forwarder. Purchased goods are not accepted for return.
