• Complaint deadline for faulty deliveries: Please report any faulty deliveries within 5 days of receipt. File cabinets must be carefully checked under the packaging, with a complaint deadline of 3 working days after receipt.
• Return on repurchase: Return is at the buyer's expense and risk. A fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, with a minimum of NOK. 100,-. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in salable condition. Requests for returns must be made within 8 working days of receipt. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. To approve the return, please fill in and send this form to post@inkry.no . Upon approval, you will receive a return form, a form that must accompany the goods when returned to Inkry.
• Exceptions for acquired goods: Please note that acquired goods cannot be returned.
