ALI Coffee consists of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia which are grown at an altitude of 1,000 – 1,600 metres, where there is perfect soil and climate for coffee cultivation. By combining coffee beans from the two countries, we achieve a perfect balance between good body, nice aroma and light acidity, which gives the good taste that characterizes ALI Kaffe. ALI Kaffe has an invigorating effect, while being round and mild, with good body and a fine aroma. That is why we - with a twinkle in our eye - say that ALI Kaffe cures gruff. ALI Kaffe is produced at Norway's environmentally friendly coffee roaster, which opened in 2020. The roaster is mainly built of wood, and is operated with 100% renewable energy. • Complaint deadline for faulty deliveries: Please report any faulty deliveries within 5 days of receipt. File cabinets must be carefully checked under the packaging, with a complaint deadline of 3 working days after receipt.
• Return on repurchase: Return is at the buyer's expense and risk. A fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, with a minimum of NOK. 100,-. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in salable condition. Requests for returns must be made within 8 working days of receipt.
