Returnable LYRECO toner and ink

Our contribution to sustainable development. The return box must only be used for used laser toners/ink cartridges. You order the box together with your other goods, at no extra cost. When the box is full, contact the Customer Center on 02272, who will then ensure that the box is collected free of charge (if you are an EMO dealer, contact 63 84 92 50). - Return box for used toner cartridges and ink cartridges - The box has a weight capacity of 15–20 Kg - We collect the full box free of charge - Composite box (LxWxH): 37x37x77cm

We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read carefully the following terms and procedures for returns and complaints:

• Complaint deadline for faulty deliveries: Please report any faulty deliveries within 5 days of receipt. File cabinets must be carefully checked under the packaging, with a complaint deadline of 3 working days after receipt.
• Return on repurchase: Return is at the buyer's expense and risk. A fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, with a minimum of NOK. 100,-. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in salable condition. Requests for returns must be made within 8 working days of receipt. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. To approve the return, please fill in and send this form to post@inkry.no . Upon approval, you will receive a return form, a form that must accompany the goods when returned to Inkry.
• Exceptions for acquired goods: Please note that acquired goods cannot be returned.
