Thermal cup 24cl made of cardboard with a water-based coating. After use, it can be recycled like paper. Melli cardboard cups contain less than 0.76% plastic. Instead of a plastic lamination, a water-based coating technology is used here. It is printed as water-based ink, so that it can be absorbed into the paper fibers instead of sitting on top as an extra layer. This reduces the amount of material needed while being leak- and grease-resistant. The cup can be used for all types of food and drinks, with a temperature of up to 90C. As the cups do not have a plastic lamination, they are recommended for short-term use, and not for storing food and drinks. The cardboard cups are not suitable for use in the microwave. The deadline for complaints regarding incorrect deliveries is 5 days after receipt. Filing cabinets must be checked carefully under the packaging and the deadline for complaints is 3 business days after receipt.

In the event of a return, the return will be at the buyer's expense and risk, and a fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, minimum NOK 100. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that they can be sold again. A request for a return must be made within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. All complaints/returns must be made via email to salg@inkry.no. Upon approval of the return, the return form will be sent, and the goods will be collected by a freight forwarder. Purchased goods are not accepted for return.
