The Edding 360 Whiteboard Marker uses low-odour pigment ink and writes evenly on all whiteboards and other non-porous surfaces. The whiteboard marker is specially designed for writing on whiteboards and virtually all non-porous surfaces, such as enamel, glass and melamine. The quick-drying and light-fast ink can be easily wiped off without moisture. The whiteboard marker has a special dry-erase ink that does not dry out even if the cap is off for several weeks at a time. The deadline for complaints regarding incorrect deliveries is 5 days after receipt. Filing cabinets must be checked carefully under the packaging and the deadline for complaints is 3 business days after receipt.

In the event of a return, the return will be at the buyer's expense and risk, and a fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted, minimum NOK 100. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that they can be sold again. A request for a return must be made within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. The return must be received by Inkry within 15 working days. All complaints/returns must be made via email to salg@inkry.no. Upon approval of the return, the return form will be sent, and the goods will be collected by a freight forwarder. Purchased goods are not accepted for return.
